Shyam is the co-founder of o3. He has been involved in the Indian Capital Markets since 1992.

M.B.A from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Srinivas manages the Bangalore office and focuses on the firm’s investment banking activities in India. He was with TAIB Bank, Bahrain and Jain Group of Institutions, Bangalore.

He is a CFA from ICFAI, Hyderabad and an M.Com from Bangalore University.

Sudeep has 24 years of experience in capital markets including securities broking, Equity Sales and Wealth Management. He works closely with family offices, private clients and corporate treasuries.

He was a part of the Investments and Business Development team at Nova Star. Also, he led multiple business initiatives as Senior Vice President at JM Morgan Stanley.

Sundaram has experience of over 27 years across public equities, fund management, in various formats including close & open-ended funds, family offices & portfolio management services.

Prior to o3 Capital, he worked as CIO at PGIM India Mutual Fund, Portfolio Manager for the Family Office at M3 Investment Managers, Portfolio Manager at HDFC AMC and Head of Research & Fund Manager at Zurich AMC.

Sundaram holds an MBA degree from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Rajesh comes with over 21 years of work experience across Asset Management and Banking platforms.

Prior to o3 Capital, he has worked with PGIM India Mutual Fund, SBI Funds, HDFC Mutual Fund, HSBC Private Banking, Citibank, CRISIL & Dabur India.

Rajesh has completed his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College and an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.
